About Me
I’m Rossy (like “Rosie” but spelled wrong) I am a women’s self development coach on a mission to empower women to go after the life of their dreams.
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I am a first generation college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Business Administration. My career began in the non-profit sector where my mission to help others helped me land in leadership roles. I’ve had the privilege of leading culturally diverse and dynamic teams of women thanks to the mentorship of other amazing women in my field. Seeing how beneficial mentorship and coaching has been for me, I’ve set out to do the same for others. I now coach women who are looking to align with their purpose and uplevel their career, business, wellness, and overall life.
When I’m not plotting my next uplevel, you can find me outdoors hiking with my dog, traveling with friends, cooking, or spending quality time with my nephews.
About Upleveled
The idea for Upleveled Wellness came from my own need to re-engage in my purpose and overall wellness. I felt stagnant and unhappy in my career, personal life, and wellness.
Focused on my next uplevel, I decided to hire a coach to help keep me accountable in the goals I set for myself.
With the encouragement from my coach, I hosted my first wellness and empowerment event called “Make It Happen For Yourself” . It became the first event in a series I coined the Mindset-Movement-Mindfulness event series. In these events we brought together groups of women and helped facilitate authentic connection through mindset workshops, beginner friendly fitness classes, and ending with mindfulness. It left women feeling empowered, inspired, and connected to themselves, their purpose, and others. This felt like a complete wellness experience. And from there began Upleveled Wellness.
Upleveled Wellness has evolved into more than empowering community events. The focus on nurturing the mind, body and soul now supports purpose driven one-on-one coaching for those ready to uplevel any area of their life.
